Friday 4th October - walk ***** – Around Felixstowe – sunny and
warm.
What fantastic Autumn weather we had today, sunny, warm with light winds so
after breakfast I could do my exercises in the sunshine while Mag drove
round to pick up Maeva for the day. As we were having a friend round with
her new baby this afternoon we decided to make a flask and head out for our
walk arriving at a busy Felixstowe prom just before midday with e sun
glistening off the calm sea:) For a change we decided to walk towards The
Manor end stopping briefly to take a few weather pics to send in, sadly
loads of photographers had been to Felixstowe today so by the time I sent
my pics in it was probably too late for today, still never mind. Maeva is a
real joy at the moment with Mag already getting loads of kisses! We reached
the end of the prom there were two fishermen there so we walked over to the
rock groyne and had the most wonderful hour with our cuppa playing with
pebbles and shells. One of the fishermen called us over to show Maeva a
small starfish he had reeled in! It was surprisingly warm, the perfect
beach day! Maeve then stomped a long way back with her funky boots before
we put her in the buggy as it was getting on! We then had a lovely
afternoon with the new baby which got loads of kisses from Maeva, lovely to
see:)
I have to to line up with a load of old people tomorrow for a couple of
injections then hope to get out foiling!
